Our Farm

  • We don’t use chemicals. We prefer beneficial insects.
  • We compost our discarded flowers, vegetables and herbs.
  • The weeds are kept at bay by using landscape fabric with pre-burned holes– the flowers grow in the holes; the weeds don’t have space to grow. We use flame weeding and old school Pulling muscles.
  • We use cover crops and practice crop rotation to protect the integrity and health of the soil.
  • Vegetables and Flowers are watered by drip irrigation to minimize evaporation and to protect the petals. This practice conserves water and results in better blooms.

How we started

Explore the story behind our fruitful venture, where we transformed 5 acres of horse pasture into flourishing organic gardens in 2021.

First Year

It was quite the adventure to say the least but also a wonderful way to learn. All in all pretty proud how it turned out

Third Year

We invested into a 200 x 60 High Tunnel. My sons and I put this up with Utube videos and lots of cussing. So worth it though now that it's up
